| Joan Brumley is a local artist and art teacher known
for her use of transparent water-color in a bright, fresh manner. Some
of her works are included in large corporate collections, including the
Kaiser Hospital Clinic, Saint Agnes Clinic and the corporate offices of
the Robert L Young Corp. She has provided the artwork for the ATM and Visa
card for the Fresno County Federal Credit Union and a poster for the viticulture
wine tasting at Fresno State University.
Ms. Brumley also owns and operates the Brumley Art Center in Coarsegold, CA. The center is a gallery for a variety of artists who create paintings, sculpture, and jewelry. Ms. Brumley teaches art classes at the center and displays and sells many of the works of her students. She travels and teaches all over the world. She recently returned from a cruise to Mazatlan & Cabo San Lucas where she provided instruction in water-color for the passengers. |
