| Returned Merchandise Policy:
Your satisfaction is our goal! If for any reason
you are not completely satisfied with any product you have received from
Around Yosemite we will gladly refund your money upon receipt of the
returned merchandise. Please leave a message at (408) 737-7277
and we will issue a returned merchandise number (RMN) and give you the
address to which you may return the goods.
Damaged Merchandise
You must have an RMN from us before returning any products.
If the merchandise was damaged when you received it we will replace it
at no further cost to you. This includes refunding to you the cost
of shipping the damaged goods back to us via US mail.
Undamaged Merchandise
You must have an RMN from us before returning any products.
If you wish to return the goods for any reason other than damage we will
refund the amount of your purchase less shipping and handling. You
must pay for shipping the goods back to us. Purchases made by credit
card will be refunded to your card. Purchases made by check will
be refunded by check.

We are committed to protecting your privacy and have taken
the following measures to insure that the information you have given us
is used only as you intended.
Order Information
We use a secure server and your order information is
encrypted to insure against unauthorized access.
Mailing Lists
We keep an e-mail list of our customers for our use only
when announcing major changes in our web site.
We do not currently sell, or otherwise share, your order
information with any other businesses. If, in the future we decide
to do so, you will be contacted by us with a request for your permission
to use that data.
